The Company has been notified that on 12 May 2016 Mr Day acquired 597 ordinary shares of 5p each through a cash dividend reinvestment plan operated by UBS. The purchase price was 409.77 pence per share.

The Company has also been notified that Mr Day transferred his shareholding of 25,597 ordinary shares, from UBS to Vestra Nominees Limited on 1 August 2016. There is no change to Mr Day's beneficial interest in the Company as a result of this transfer.

The shareholding of Mr Day is 25,597 ordinary shares (0.003% of issued share capital).
