Further to announcement made today regarding the completion of the acquisition of Nortek Inc., the Board of Melrose Industries PLC confirms that Melrose Shares were re-admitted to the standard segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities this morning, 31 August 2016, at 8.00 a.m.
