In addition, Tremblant serves as a sub-adviser to a registered investment company and is the investment manager to UCITS funds. Tremblant Capital LP has been granted full discretion to exercise the voting rights relating to the shares and financial instruments held by these funds and accounts.

 

Mr. Brett Barakett is the managing member of the general partner of Tremblant Capital LP and therefore has an indirect interest in all of the voting rights which are the subject of this notification.
