Issue of Shares

 

Oilex advises that it has issued 12,987,013 ordinary shares to Mr Jonathan Salomon pursuant to Shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 23 November 2016.

 

The Company advises that application has also been made for the admission to trading on AIM and it expects the shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 28 November 2016.

 

Attached is an Appendix 3B.

·           An offer of the +securities for sale within 12 months after their issue will not require disclosure under section 707(3) or section 1012C(6) of the Corporations Act.
