Director Declaration

Further to the Company's announcement on 26 April 2016 that Richard Harvey will be retiring as a Non-executive Director of the Company on 31 December 2016, the Company now announces that Jonathan Dawson, a Non-executive Director of the Company, will take over from Richard Harvey as Senior Independent Director of the Company with effect from that date.

This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11.
