Change in share capital

Following the purchase of shares under the share buyback programme as announced on 3 June 2016 and further extended on 14 September 2016 (http://www.brack-capital.com), the Company announces that it has today reduced its share capital by means of cancellation of 1,533,415 of its own shares.

Pursuant to the cancellation of its own shares by the Company, the Company's entire issued share capital as at 10 January 2017 consists of 160,076,649 ordinary shares.
