Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (the 'Company') has declared a dividend in respect of the period 1 October 2016 to 31 December 2016 of 1.625 pence per Share, payable on 17 February 2017 to Shareholders on the register at 3 February 2017. The ex-dividend date will be 2 February 2017.
