1 into 5 share split timetable and admission of new ordinary shares

Further to the announcement on 25 January 2017, Air Partner plc (the "Company") confirms the expected timetable for the share split of the share capital of the Company (the "Share Split") when each ordinary share of 5p each in the capital of the Company will be split into five new ordinary shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares"). It is expected that the Share Split will become effective at 8.00 am on Tuesday 31 January (the "Effective Date"). On the Effective Date, the Official List of the UKLA will be amended to reflect the Share Split.

In order to reconcile the Company's issued and allotted share capital with the number of shares admitted to the UK Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market, the Company has made an application for 367,065 ordinary shares to be admitted to the UK Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market on 30 January 2017. The number of shares currently issued and allotted by the Company remains at 10,443,513 ordinary shares of five pence each. The Company's block listing relating to the Air Partner plc Company Share Option Plan 2003 is being cancelled and will not roll forward as part of the Share Split.
