The Directors of Hargreaves Lansdown are pleased to announce that the Company will pay an interim dividend as follows:

Ex-Dividend Date *              9 March 2017

Record Date **                    10 March 2017

Pay Date                              30 March 2017

Dividend per share              8.60 pence per share

*  Shares bought on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the dividend.

** Shareholders must be on the Hargreaves Lansdown plc share register on this date to receive the dividend.
