The Company was informed that on 6 February 2017 Miles Slade, a Director of JD Wetherspoon plc, sold 348 of the company's ordinary shares at a price of 937.50 pence per share.

The shareholding of Miles Slade is now 2,836 ordinary shares in the Company.
