NOTIFICATION UNDER LISTING RULE 9.6.14

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Kenmare Resources plc notifies that it has been informed by Michael Carvill, Managing Director of the Company, that the following companies, of which he is a director, are to be placed in compulsory liquidation as part of an orderly winding-up of the Vico Group:

1. Vico Properties Scotland Limited, a private limited company registered in Scotland with company registration number SC122287
2. Vico Securities Limited, a private limited company registered in Scotland with company registration number SC098343
3. Vico Kent Limited, a private limited company registered in England and with company registration number 02282502
4. Vico Property Group Limited, a private limited company registered in Northern Ireland with company registration number NI007925

No further notifications will be made under Listing Rule 9.6.14 in connection with these processes.
