Findel plc (the "Group")

In response to FCA press release

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) this morning issued a press release noting that Express Gifts, a subsidiary business of Findel plc, will be undertaking a £12.5m customer refund programme in relation to financial products it previously sold.

As set out at Findel's interim results on 30 November 2016, provisions for this programme have already been made.
