Compass Group PLC announces that on 23 February 2017 it purchased for cancellation 5,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 1,468.1700 pence per share through Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. The lowest price paid was 1,463.0000 pence per share, and the highest was 1,478.0000 pence per share.
