The Company announces that it has today purchased 184,265 ordinary shares into Treasury at 377.25 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 26,317,299 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 255,316,611.  The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
