Cancellation of Tender Offer Shares

Following the completion of the Company's Tender Offer announced on 22 February 2017, the Company confirms that it has now approved the cancellation of 7,490,352 Ordinary Shares (the "Tender Offer Shares").

Following the cancellation of the Tender Offer Shares the total number of issued ordinary shares in the Company will be reduced from 104,648,642 ordinary shares to 97,158,290 ordinary shares and consequently the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 97,158,290. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
