The Company announces that it received notification today, from Jez Maiden, a Non-executive Director of the Company, that he had purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. The shares were purchased at a price of £3.262 per share on 10 March 2017. Following this dealing, Mr Maiden (and his wife) holds 1,000 shares in the Company representing 0.0002% of the shares in issue.
