Notice of Results

PureTech Health plc ("PureTech", LSE: PRTC), a cross-disciplinary biopharmaceutical company, plans to announce its financial results for the year ended 31 December 2016 on Thursday 6 April 2017.

As previously announced PureTech will also hold its annual Capital Markets Meeting in London on Tuesday 9 May 2017 from 13.00-17.00 BST. The meeting will feature PureTech presenters including members of the Company's Board of Directors, senior team, key scientific advisors, and management from the Company's programs.
