NOTICE OF AUDITED RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2016

Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP), the owner and operator of premium student accommodation across the UK, will announce its audited results for the six months ended 31 December 2016 on Monday, 10 April 2017.

A Company presentation to analysts will take place at 9.00am on the day, at the offices of Newgate, Sky Light City Tower, 50 Basinghall Street, EC2V 5DE.
