Deferred Stock Plan
On 17 March 2017, Simon Pryce (Group Chief Executive), was granted a conditional share award over 162,825 BBA Aviation plc ordinary shares of 2916/21 pence under the terms of the Company's 2015 Deferred Stock Plan.
The conditional share award is subject to full or partial forfeiture if the director leaves within three years of the award.
Long-Term Incentive Plan
On 17 March 2017, Simon Pryce (Group Chief Executive), was granted a conditional share award over 426,714 BBA Aviation plc ordinary shares of 2916/21 pence each under the terms of the Company's 2015 Long-Term Incentive Plan to the director listed below.
The conditional share award is subject to the achievement of performance conditions and if it vests will be released at nil cost in accordance with the Plan Rules. The award is also subject to an additional holding period of 2 years from the date on which the award vests.
