Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company announces that André Lacroix is being appointed Audit Committee Chair of Reckitt Benckiser Group plc following the conclusion of its Annual General Meeting which is taking place on 4 May 2017.  He is currently the Senior Independent Director and member of the Nomination Committee of Reckitt Benckiser Group plc.
