Issue of Equity

On 22 March 2017 Troy Income & Growth Trust plc issued 700,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence from its blocklisting facility at a price of 79.25 pence per share.

The Company's issued share capital now consists of 287,174,045 Ordinary shares, and there are 120,000 shares held in Treasury.  Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in Troy Income & Growth Trust plc is 287,054,045.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Troy Income & Growth Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
