Withdrawal of AGM Resolution

Further to the Company's announcement on 14^th March 2017 regarding the passing of Steve Burke, the Board intends to withdraw resolution number 7 as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 16^th February 2017 (the "Notice") relating to his re-election as a director.

The remaining resolutions as set out in the Notice will be put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29^th March 2017, with results being announced following the conclusion of the meeting.

The withdrawal of resolution 7 does not affect the validity of the proxy form circulated to shareholders in respect of the 2017 Annual General Meeting or any proxy votes already submitted.
