On 22 March 2017, Mr Young exercised a stock-settled share appreciation right award (SARs) that was due to expire on 28 March 2017 under the rules of the 2005 Executive Share Option Scheme. Mr S Young sold enough shares to cover tax and costs, and transferred the remainder to his spouse, Mrs C Young:

On 22 March 2017, Mr Green exercised a share option (Option) that was due to expire on 28 March 2017 under the rules of the 2005 Executive Share Option Scheme and sold all of the shares:

As a result of this transaction, the shareholding of Philip Green remained unchanged at 573,018 ordinary shares (0.07% of issued share capital).
