Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 9,349,317 ordinary shares in issue and 1,044,715 ordinary shares held in treasury.

Further to the closure of the Company’s US Dollar share class and the amendments to the articles of incorporation of the Company approved at its 2016 Annual General Meeting, each of the Company’s Sterling shares carries one vote per share, previously 1.5774 per share.  As the Company now has only Sterling shares in issue, this change to the weighted voting rights does not affect a shareholder’s percentage interest in the voting rights of the Company.

The total number of voting rights in the Company at the date of this announcement is therefore 9,349,317.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
