The Company was notified on 29 March 2017 that, on 29 March 2017, the following person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") exercised options over Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") under the Company's Performance Share Plan at an option price of nil pence per Share and sold a number of the resulting Shares at the price shown below, mainly to cover the tax and social security due upon exercise of the option.  The options are over existing Shares in issue held by the Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc Employee Share Trust.
