Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, LondonMetric Property Plc's ("Company") total issued ordinary share capital at 31 March  2017 comprised 692,382,431 ordinary shares of 10p each with one voting right per share. No shares are held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 692,382,431. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
