Flybe Group Plc ("Flybe" or the "Company")

The Company announces that it was notified on 30 March 2017 that Christine Ourmieres-Widener, Chief Executive Officer of the Company has acquired 119,760 ordinary shares in the company at a price of 41.75p per share.

This is Ms Ourmieres-Widener's first purchase of shares in the Company and represents 0.055% of the issued share capital.
