Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

Tarsus announces that it was notified today that on 3 April 2017, Neville Buch, Chairman, acquired the beneficial interest in 8,713,713 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") of the Company from the trustees of the ND Buch Life Interest Settlement for nil consideration. Further details of the transaction are set out below.

Neville Buch's interest in Tarsus Shares remains unchanged at 8,959,099 Shares, representing approximately 7.9 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. In addition, Jill Buch, Neville Buch's wife, has an interest in 6,787 Shares.
