Prime People plc (AIM:PRP) (the "Company") announces that on 12 April 2017, under the authority granted by shareholders at the AGM on 20 July 2016, it purchased 27,900 ordinary shares of the company at a price of 87.75 pence. These shares are to be held in treasury.

Following these transaction the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 12,290,199 ordinary shares of which a total of 46,176 ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in Prime People is 12,244,023 ordinary shares.

The above figure of 12,244,023 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
