Philip de Klerk to step down as Chief Financial Officer

Flybe Group plc ("Flybe") announces that Philip de Klerk, Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), has resigned to take up the position of CFO at another company. Philip will remain as CFO of Flybe until 1 October 2017. A process to appoint his successor has commenced.

The Flybe Board wishes Philip well for the future and also thanks him for his major contribution over the last three years.

Flybe will issue its 2016/17 Full Year results on 8 June 2017.
