Redemption of Convertible Loan Notes
Blenheim Natural Resources Plc (the "Company" or "Blenheim") announces the full repayment of outstanding Convertible Loan Notes of £275,000 which were redeemable on 15 April 2017.
Blenheim's Chairman, Chris Ells, commented: "The repayment of the Convertible Loan Notes, originally subscribed for in March and September 2013, now frees the Company's balance sheet of all debt"
