Graham Stapleton becomes CEO honeyBee

Dixons Carphone plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Graham Stapleton will become Chief Executive Officer of honeyBee, the Group's software division, with effect from 27 April 2017. honeyBee is a new, powerful and growing player in the specialist sales software market, helping large global clients deliver exceptional multi-channel digital experiences to their customers. It will benefit enormously from the additional focus from one of the most senior entrepreneurial leaders in the Group as it executes against its plan to build an increasingly valuable and independent business.

Graham will, at the same time, leave his role as a Director of the Company and Andrew Harrison, Group Deputy CEO, will assume direct responsibility for the Group's Connected World Services division.
