Change of Auditor

The Company announces that it has appointed Crowe Clarke Whitehill LLP as the auditor to the Company with immediate effect. This appointment remains subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Moore Stephens LLP has resigned as the Company's auditor and has confirmed to the Company that, in accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation which it considers need to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.
