The Company received a notification on 4 May 2017 from Axxion S.A., stating that, as of 2 May 2017, it has an interest in 978,302  ordinary shares of nominal value €0.10 in the Company, which represents 3.17% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 30,875,856 ordinary shares.
