Mi-Pay (AIM: MPAY), the leading provider of outsourced digital transformation and mobile payment solutions to Tier 1 Mobile Network Operators and Mobile Virtual Network Operators, announces that Mike Stone has resigned from his position as Non-Executive Director of the Company, in order to pursue other business interests. As a result, the resolution regarding his re-appointment as a Director of the Company will not be proposed at the Company's AGM later today (15 May 2017).

Mike's positions on the Company's Remuneration Committee and Nominations Committee will be taken by Ed Lascelles (Non-Executive Director), whilst Seamus Keating (Non-Executive Chairman) will become chairman of the Company's Audit and Risk Committee.

Seamus Keating, Chairman of Mi-Pay Group, commented: "The Board of Mi-Pay would like to thank Mike for his significant contribution to the business throughout his service as a Director. We wish him well in all of his future endeavors."
