PCA Shareholdings

Forterra plc (the "Company") was notified on 15 May 2017 that Mr Akhil Dasani, the son and a person closely associated with Shatish Dasani, Chief Financial Officer, had purchased 196 ordinary shares of 1p each ("ordinary shares") in the Company at a price of 248 pence per share on 11^th May 2017.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
