The Company was informed today that on 16 May 2017 Nigel Connor, a Company Secretary of JD Wetherspoon plc, sold 733 of the company's ordinary shares at a price of 1048.00 pence per share.

The shareholding of Nigel Connor is now 961 ordinary shares in the Company.
