Exercise of Share Options

 

The Group announces that it has today applied to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the listing of, in aggregate, 15,084 new ordinary shares of 18p each in Servelec Group PLC and for those shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.

 

The new shares are being issued in respect of the exercise of options under the Group's ESOP scheme. 

 

All of these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in these shares will commence on 24 May 2017.
