The Board of Tritax Big Box REIT plc (the "Company") has been advised that the Lehra Trust is a person closely associated with Mark Shaw, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, as Mr Shaw and his wife, Leslie Shaw, are trustees (though not beneficiaries) of that trust. The Company is, therefore, providing notification of the following transactions undertaken by the Lehra Trust pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
