On 9 June 2017, the Company received notification that HSBC Global Custody Nominee (UK) Ltd has an interest in 21,488,195 Ordinary shares of 1p each in Capital & Regional plc held on behalf of New Fortress Finance Holdings Limited. This represents 3.033% of the issued share capital of the Company.
