Dominic Lavelle, Chief Financial Officer, to take temporary leave of absence

 

 

16 June 2017, Maidenhead, U.K. - SDL announces that Dominic Lavelle has taken temporary leave of absence to undergo treatment for a medical condition.

 

In his absence, Xenia Walters will re-join SDL assuming Dominic's responsibilities on an interim basis, reporting into Adolfo Hernandez, SDL's Chief Executive Officer.  Xenia was previously Chief Financial Officer of SDL's Fredhopper business where she played an instrumental role in its successful divestment. Prior to this Xenia has held senior finance roles delivering operational efficiency and profitable growth.  Xenia qualified as a chartered accountant (ICAEW) with PWC and holds an MBA from Henley Management College.

 

Xenia will not join the Board but will attend all Board meetings until Dominic's return.

 

Adolfo Hernandez, said today: "On behalf of the Board and everyone at SDL, I wish Dominic a speedy recovery."
