The Company announces that it has today purchased 102,756 ordinary shares into Treasury at 389.99 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 45,442,281 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 236,191,629.  The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
