Director/ PDMR Shareholding

Informa PLC ("the Company") has today been notified that on 10 May 2017, the following Director acquired ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company through participation in the Company's ShareMatch plan ("the Plan"):                                                                        

* Includes shares previously purchased under the 2009 Share Incentive Plan.

Shares were purchased in London at a price of £6.503 per share.

Under the terms of ShareMatch, one Matching share is awarded for every share purchased.
