Director's Leave of Absence

The Company announces that following a planned operation last week, Timon Drakesmith, Chief Financial Officer, will be taking a leave of absence in order to recuperate.

In his absence, his finance duties will be covered by Richard Shaw, Group Financial Controller, and his other responsibilities will be covered by other senior colleagues.

The Board and all his colleagues wish Timon a swift and full recovery.

Half-year Results Announcement

Hammerson will announce its 2017 half-year results on Wednesday 26 July, with a presentation to analysts and investors at 08:00 at Deutsche Bank's offices, 1 Great Winchester Street, London, EC2N 2DB.
