Notice of General Meeting

IMImobile PLC (the "Company"), a cloud communications software and solutions provider has today posted a circular, including a formal notice of General Meeting and form of proxy, to shareholders.

The General Meeting will be held at the offices of Bracher Rawlins LLP, 77 Kingsway, London, WC2B 6SR at 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday 16^th August 2017. The following special resolution has been proposed:
