Today, AA Bond Co Limited (the Issuer) announces that on 31 July 2017, the:

• £175,000,000 Class A1 4.7201 per cent. sub class A1 fixed rate Notes due 2043 (the Class A1 Notes); and
• £55,000,000 Class A4 3.781 per cent. sub-Class A4 fixed rate Notes due 2043 (the Class A4 Notes),

were redeemed in full.
