Total Voting Rights

Symphony International Holdings Limited ("Symphony" or the "Company") (LSE: SIHL) announces that as at 31 July 2017 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 499,285,713 ordinary shares.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 499,285,713. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

The figure of 499,285,713 may be used by shareholders and others with notification obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
