Director Change

9 August 2017: Stock Spirits Group PLC announces that Lesley Jackson, Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Board of her intention to retire.  She will step down as Director of the Company on 7 November 2017, and leave the Company with effect from 8 August 2018.  Following her retirement from the board, she will continue to provide support in connection with certain specific matters for this transitional period.

Chief Executive Officer, Mirek Stachowicz, said: "I would like to record my personal thanks for the enormous contribution that Lesley has made to the business. Her experience and insights have been invaluable to me and Stock, and I have greatly enjoyed working with her. We wish her every happiness in her retirement."

Lesley Jackson said: "Stock Spirits is a great company with excellent brands and many extremely talented people who I have been privileged to work with. During over 6 years with the group, I have much enjoyed being part of the team that has led its development into the established, publicly-listed business that it is today. I know that I am leaving the company in safe hands and I wish Mirek and the entire team at Stock every success for the future."

The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Bal as Chief Financial Officer to succeed Lesley.  Paul will join the Board in November 2017. He joins the Company from Tupperware Brands, listed on the New York Stock Exchange, where he has been Vice-President: CFO & Strategy - Europe, Africa & Middle East since 2014. Prior to this, he held several roles within finance, general management and IT at British American Tobacco and Rothmans International in Central & Eastern Europe, South America, Scandinavia and Japan, as well as the UK, for over 15 years, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in England & Wales in 1993 and as a Fellow in 2005.

The Chairman of the Company, David Maloney, said: "We are pleased to announce Paul Bal's appointment as Chief Financial Officer. His extensive finance, commercial and IT experience will enable him to play an important role in the ongoing growth and development of the business. On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Lesley for her contribution as CFO and to express my appreciation for her dedication and professionalism. We wish her well in her retirement."
