Notice of AGM update

New Trend Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: NTLG), the Singapore-based Feng Shui products and services group announces that, further to its announcement of 30 June 2017 regarding the posting of its annual accounts and notice of AGM, it has received notice of an additional resolution from a shareholder, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 2006, to be moved at the Company's Annual General Meeting.

Resolution No. 6, which proposes amendments to the Company's Articles of Association in relation to the retirement by rotation of the directors of the Company, will be proposed as a special resolution at the Company's AGM; which will be passed if at least 75 per cent of the votes cast are in favour of Resolution No. 6.

A circular, giving the background to and reasons for the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association, together with notice of the additional shareholder resolution (Resolution No.6) and a new Form of Proxy (which incorporates Resolution No.6) will be posted to shareholders today.  Copies are also available on the Company's website.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 30 August 2017 at Unit B, 21/F, CMA Building, 64-66 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong.
