Conviviality Plc (AIM: CVR), the UK's leading independent wholesaler and distributor of alcohol and impulse serving consumers through its Franchised retail outlets and through hospitality and food service, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the 52 week period ended 30 April 2017 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website, www.conviviality.co.uk.

The AGM will be held at 10.00 am on 7 September 2017 at the offices of FTI Consulting, 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HD.
